Job Title: Marketing and Sales Analyst

Location: Boston, NYC, or Cleveland (remote or hybrid)

We are looking for an early career marketer who can diligently maintain our CRM and its integrations, while supporting the company’s marketing needs and sales outreach.

As a member of a small but scrappy marketing team, you will work closely with the product and sales teams to understand our unique value propositions. The Company is leveraging AI across all functions, and you will be expected to integrate modern AI tools (e.g. Claude) into your day-to-day work.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll support a wide range of promotional tasks, like: optimizing our paid ads, researching target buyers, producing content for our product launches, and helping run our events.

Most importantly, you’ll ensure that the contacts and activities we’re involved with are accounted for in Hubspot. Our CRM helps us build long-term business relationships, and serves as the foundation for future data-driven projects. This role continues its buildout (including the final phases of a transition from Salesforce) and keeps it running. You'll be inside it every day: uploading, compiling reports, configuring, fixing what breaks, building what's missing.

This is a hands-on role at a company where you can gain valuable experience. You’ll become our expert on new platforms, help enrich the entire customer journey, and work alongside an experienced, high-performing team. If you enjoy living inside tools, building systems that scale, and having an impact on marketing, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day configuration of our Hubspot CRM. Set up and maintain consistent workflows, automations, and campaign attribution across platforms. Regularly check contact data, segments, database integrations, and lead routing.
  • Maintain data quality, and clean up messy data from uploads.
  • Design and deliver accurate reports that show what we’ve done and what’s working.
  • Support and launch paid ad campaigns with the help of CRM data.
  • Assist with tradeshow logistics and sales presentations.
  • Learn more about our targets and customers, bringing info we need to keep the sales pipeline moving
  • Implement and experiment with new marketing and sales tools, and develop AI-assisted outreach workflows
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects like webinars, product launches that generate awareness and drive demand
  • Create high-quality marketing content - including product guides, social media, sales enablement, and video - across different channels
  • Expand your experience to all facets of marketing in a fun, collaborative environment

What You Bring:

  • Curiosity - a drive to understand how our product fits into the surgical ecosystem, and how to market it effectively
  • Reliability - someone we can count on to maintain systems day in and day out
  • Diligence - you care about accuracy, pulling the thread on issues like a misspelled email address and considering how to address it in downstream processes
  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • AI skills and a willingness to apply AI tools
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales operations
  • Advanced and referenceable proficiency in Hubspot, in an operational or analytical role

Preferred:

  • Located near our offices in the New York, Boston, or Cleveland areas
  • Previous work in a B2B healthcare company, or a clinical environment
  • Experience with Definitive Healthcare or a similar database like ZoomInfo
  • Experience with ad platforms, GA4, SQL, and Salesforce

Compensation: $64,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
