Product support by email is available to customers who subscribe to the LiveData Maintenance & Support Program and have a valid CD Key.
To submit a support request, please have your CD Key and follow the instructions below:
Address email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Type your CD Key in the Subject line
(Example: My CD Key is 400-123456)
Type your question or briefly describe your problem in the message body
LiveData will automatically assign a Support Request Number (SR#), and immediately forward it to you in the subject line of a reply message.
Always include the SR# in the subject line of all emails related to your support request to ensure accurate, timely service.
