Retrieve Your CD Key

To find your CD Key number:

1. On a LiveData licensed computer, go to Start/All Programs

2. Launch LiveData License Manager

• The CD Key is displayed on the License Status tab

NOTE: For support requests, type the CD Key as it appears in the License Status tab (separated by a hyphen and no spaces, eg: 400-123456).
