LiveData OR-Dashboard™ displays Case Setup  to provide access to information pertinent to the start of the case. The screen itself is divided into a various information panes, each of which provides different types of information.

1. Patient/Procedure Information: This section contains information such as patient demographics including name, age, weight, and MRN, the procedure and laterality, and information pertaining to the type of anesthesia.

2. Staff: The staffing list provides information on who is in the room, populated by a real-time location tracking system.

3. Allergies: The allergies information is persistently displayed throughout the case, highlighting the importance of this information. Allergy and data source are displayed.

4. Case Setup: This pane provides the information specific to the case setup time period. It contains setup information for the case such as special equipment needs. It also conveys information pertaining to the nursing perioperative assessment including by whom it was completed, its completion status, and information culled from the completed assessment including pre-op medications and patient status.

5. Patient Care Notes and Post-Op Information: The information for these panes is acquired from the nursing perioperative assessment. It conveys information specific for the care of the patient, information concerning awaiting family members and loved ones, and discharge information.

Data are verified on the screen during the case setup period. Before being verified, data elements are grayed out, allowing the information to be read but further alerting individuals that the staff has yet to determine the validity of the displayed information.

Once verified through the nursing perioperative assessment, the data elements turn from grey to white, signifying that the information has been verified.

During the set up period, the team begins to arrive in the operating room. Staff who have been in the room or are assigned to the room but are not currently present are grayed out, as is the case with the general surgeon in the left image.

Staff are divided based on team (nursing, anesthesia, surgery), role (circulating nurse, CRNA, anesthesiologist, surgeon, and so forth.), and position in the OR of the Future suite (operating room, control room, induction room, early recovery room). In the right image, the team has arrived in the OR. An icon next to their name indicates the presence of a Radianse location tracking tag.
