LiveData Board of Directors     Stephen Kaufer Stephen Kaufer is CEO, President, and co-founder of TripAdvisor, a Web site providing traveler reviews and recommendations. When CEO Steve Kaufer founded TripAdvisor.com in February 2000, he launched a search engine for the travel industry that morphed into a $100 million company by leveraging Web 2.0 technology (although the term Web 2.0 wasn't coined until 2004.) Steve was formerly the president of CDS, Inc., a successful independent software vendor specializing in programming and testing tools. Previously, Steve was co-founder and vice president of engineering of CenterLine Software, where he led the development of several award-winning programming environments that fueled the company's growth to more than $20 million in revenue. Winner of the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Steve holds several software patents and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. He is also a board member of the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation. Steve holds a bachelor's in computer science from Harvard University.       David Mahoney David Mahoney is President and CEO of Applix, Inc., and has been a director of Applix since October, 1992. Mr. Mahoney was Chief Executive Officer of Verbind, Inc., a provider of real-time behavioral analytic software and event triggering technology, which was recently sold to SAS Institute, since May, 2001. Prior to joining Verbind, Mr. Mahoney served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LeadingSide, Inc. (formerly Dataware Technologies, Incorporated), an e-business solutions provider, from January, 1999 to April, 2001. Mr. Mahoney served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign Hill Software Inc., a knowledge management software provider, from January, 1998 to December, 1998, when it merged with Dataware Technologies. Mr. Mahoney served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of ePresence, Inc. (formerly Banyan Systems, Inc.), a networking software company he founded, from 1983 until May, 1997. From 1973 through 1983, Mr. Mahoney was the Director of Communication Product Development at Data General.         Jeffrey Robbins As LiveData CEO and President, Jeff has led the company and served as its strategic and technology visionary since founding the company in 1991. A passionate software innovator, Jeff led LiveData's early successes in manufacturing data acquisition and delivery at Ford, General Motors and Boeing. He extended LiveData's appeal to other markets, particularly the electric power industry, by supporting a broad range of industry protocols and offering an open architecture solution for real-time data integration. This strategy evolved to embrace the concept of smart integration and LiveData's expansion into healthcare industry applications. Prior to founding LiveData, Jeff was CEO and founder of Cambridge Authoring Systems. He is Co-Chairman of the Plug and Play Medical Device Communication Standards Working Group of the CIMIT OR of the Future, Member of the US Advisory Board to the ISO & International Electrotechnical Commission, and Senior Technical Advisor to the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Jeff earned an AB in Philosophy with Honors from Harvard College.
