Feature: LiveData in the Patient Care Domain

The Connectathon, the centerpiece of the IHE testing process, is the healthcare IT industry's only large-scale interoperability testing event. The Connectathon also serves as a prerequisite for inclusion in the HIMSS10 Interoperability Showcase.

The Connectathon allows participating companies to test their implementation of IHE capabilities with corresponding systems from industry peers. During the event their systems exchange information with systems from multiple vendors, performing all of the transactions required for the roles they have selected, called IHE Actors, in support of defined clinical functions, called IHE Integration Profiles.

Feature

LiveData will confirm interoperability of our solutions, including the new perioperative workflow management system, with incoming data from physiological devices such as vital signs monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators in the Patient Care Domain. LiveData will also test the recently developed profile interactions for communication with Voice Over IP (VOIP) phones and other wireless communication devices.
